Aragonite Reef Sand reduces fish stress by recreating a natural reef environment in the tank. It is precision-graded for efficient calcium carbonate buffering and high in strontium, magnesium, and other essential reef elements, and always silica-free. It is harvested from pristine ocean waters – not collected from beaches or reefs – and contains no harmful tar, organics or impurities. Its buffering capabilities are unmatched, helping to maintain a proper pH of 8.2 without the constant addition of chemicals to the tank.
